With John’s coaching, I’m actually reaching my goals in several areas of my life. I’m more fit than I’ve been in many years and I’m even developing and enjoying personal strengths. My former attempts have been “all or nothing”, so John’s help in planning and implementing changes has actually brought me more balance along with my progress. The unlikely has become doable and sustainable, and I’m pretty proud of myself. Thanks, John!

August of 2016, I decided that I needed some direction and help to be able to make my workouts benefit me in the best possible way. If I was putting in the time, I should probably make it worth it.Eric suggested a meeting with John. I was thinking, ok, new things, new ideas. Am I ready for this type of change? I decided that YES, I was, for ME!Before our first meeting, I was skeptical about what he could actually help me with. I was thinking…Health and wellness coach? Ok sure. Once I talked with him, I realized that he is very warm and personable, and above all else, kind. And he has an amazing sense of humor.

His knowledge of what it takes to get people to take stock of themselves and to strive to be a better person is far above what I could have ever expected. While the goal sheets and vision statements might be a bit overwhelming at first, they are a key factor in how he miraculously brings out the best in you, and sets you up for success. This is for both the personal and fitness aspects of your life. He will help you learn any of the equipment, and can show you techniques that will make your workout more beneficial. He has so much information to share with anyone that asks.

How am I doing now? I look forward to the time I get to spend working out or talking with John. I really do like the goal sheets, even though I complain from time to time. They are tough sometimes, but worth it. I don’t know that I can go without having a goal sheet every week. It keeps me focused on what I want to do and accomplish with my life, fitness and personal. I get an enormous amount of satisfaction from checking all my goals off, a part of the success he helps you obtain. I am also a confirmed gym rat, because I have this need to check those things off my goal sheet, and I have a purpose for my workouts. I have signed up for a 5K event in April, and I want to actually run the entire 3.2 miles.

It is obvious that this is his life’s passion: helping people. Helping people become the best they can be. His love of family, God and life is very evident in the way he presents himself, he is so inspiring, and he gives you the tools and information to be the best you can.
